How often do you wash?

I assume you either wash, shower or bath on a daily basis. So what is all this craze for antiperspirants being made to last 48 hours now? WHY? [Shock.png]

What was wrong with 24 hour protection?

What is the logic behind this?

Here are just a few examples...

If you are prone to sweating profusely, I rather doubt that any deodorant will stop you smelling unsociable for 48 hours.

wash daily sometimes twice..... in fact other week I had 4 because I'd repaired the urinals and could till smell it on me. As for deodorant tried them all over the years, including mens, and most fail to keep me dry if I am working hard. However we do have some parents/kids who I don't even bother with deodorant let alone washing [Shock.png]

Nothing worse than standing by some one with body oder and even worse if sitting next to them, wash daily or shower and then just use a nice deodorant for a lovely smell and in the case of us guys a dab of after shave also helps, often got commented "You smell nice Jack" [Blush.png]

When I was in Light Infantry it was when you could smell yourself in a sleeping bag (wouldn't let me use the name we called it). When I was a DI we told the privates "use baby powder AFTER a shower, NOT instead of." But that was a different life.
Now it's every day and use after shave.

Had a couple of boys (6/7 year old) tell me I smelt nice today at lunch. That was awkward....

I'm the sort that does sweat a lot (sorry but you asked), and I sometimes think to myself, I must stink. Wife tells me you can't smell anything (she works at the same school), but you can smell it on yourself.

Shower at least once a day, maybe 2 or 3 times depending on what I've been doing.

Did used to work with a lady who did smell, badly!! That was an awkward conversation the other 3 of us in the office had with the manager..... put it this way, it was so bad I would sit at my desk with the window open wide. In the middle of winter.

I just rub one of my mops under each arm each morning. Nobody seems to complain.

Found a 96 hour protection antiperspirant so now I only have to shower every 4 days, Brill.
