I thought I'd get in before EBJ this year.
Reminder: The clock go forward from 1am on Sun, 31 Mar 2024
That means my cheap rate electricity will start from 1am from now on. We always try to do the dishwasher, washing machine etc during the cheap period at night. I have a job staying awake until midnight, lord knows how I'm gonna stay up until 1am. I hope the tariff I was on 10pm-7am (11pm-8pm summer time) is available when I renew in September. Much more sociable hours. They dropped my tariff when the prices went sky high last year and I had to pick the shorter 12-5pm (1am-6pm summer time) tariff. It's only 8p per kWh overnight so makes a big difference.

Re: Clocks Spring Forward
I always adjusted my non-radio school clocks on a Friday evening before locking up. Causing much confusion to many school staff members, putting the clocks forward resulted in some staff going home earlier, bonus.

I hope you aren't making EBJ redundant CT, he is far too important an employee for us to lose
