Salary: NJC Grade 7 point 23-26, £21,268 – £23,398 per annum pro rata
Hours: 25 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (split shift)

We are seeking a highly motivated Premises Manager to oversee all aspects of our premises, health and safety and risk management. The successful applicant will need to have a wide range of maintenance, DIY, and caretaking skills as well as overseeing the cleaning team in the school. They will also need to have basic IT skills, be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a supportive team and show commitment, drive and enthusiasm.
As Premises Manager you will need to ensure that the environment, both inside and out, is maintained to a high standard that guarantees the site is fit for purpose, and safe, thus enabling children to learn to their full potential.
The successful applicant will work the following hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am – 9.30am and 3.30pm - 6.00pm although there is some flexibility within these hours.
