An elderly raver who had his entire music collection and decks seized by the council said he was being treated like a teenage hooligan rather than a pensioner. Retired school caretaker Peter Tuppen, 68, said even his radio alarm clock was taken after neighbours complained about the ear-splitting din coming from his council house in Folkestone. They complained he played loud drum and bass at all hours of the day and night. But Peter said he did not like edgy urban drum and bass, and was into "chill out" music instead...
