A Redditch caretaker who has given her heart to the job for almost 50 years will be raising a teacup with some of the many staff and children she has met along the way. Pat Rodgers started at Harry Taylor First School in September 1970, and having worked at the school – now Crabbs Cross Academy – for 47 years is looking forward to being reunited with some of the people she has worked with over the years.
