An Offaly school has had an emotional week after waving goodbye to four members of staff ahead of the summer holidays.  One of the hardest farewells at Scoil Mhuire in Tullamore was to caretaker John Cutler who had a 60-year conenction to the school. John first walked through the gates of Scoil Mhuire in short pants as a pupil in 1957, and has spent the last 14 years attending to the school's every need, earning hi legendary status with staff and students. The school said that "it is very hard to say goodbye to people at the best of...

times, but saying farewell to four treasured staff members in one week has caused an increase in tissue demands." CLICK HERE to read the full story on the Offaly Express news website.
