Re: Weather Forecast and maps

OK, to please the folk up north where it seems to be warmer today, I've split the country in two. Both north and south England gets its own weather map both in Celsius and Fahrenheit. But I've had to remove the satellite map as it took up too much room.

Are we happy now [Scared.png]

Funny that, the temp around here does not match what your chart says!
Where is that recorded, inside your greenhouse?
No actually, but it was in my conny! Got even hotter by mid-afternoon. 49.1C
temp2.jpg For those like myself and Trout, that's over 120F. NOT a good idea to sit out there this afternoon.

Re: Weather Forecast and maps

Alas the weather forecast is no more. Yahoo has sold it's assets off the the highest bidder and the new owners have shut the service down. I can't get it to work with the OpenWeather API as our site uses SSL security and theirs does not and returns a 401 error. [Cry.png]

You want to have a look at this service perhaps CT? It is as they say, free for up to 10,000 calls a month.

Re: Weather Forecast and maps

The weather forecast is back. It took me a few hours as it only allows you to show one widget at a time, so I have made 14 pages and added them to a list.

You can access the forecasts from the main Weather Forecast page here: https://www.thecaretakers.co.uk/CMS2/weather.html or use the Weather menu at the top of the page, pick the nearest town/city to you.

I have tried to cover most areas of the country. Enjoy [Shock.png]
