I understand that some lies are necessary to allow the smooth running of the school but if the lie was in anyway personal to you then I would be looking to go elsewhere.

No I wouldn't trust them, it is always best in my opinion to watch your back. SLT may seem like your friends in good times but when something goes wrong it may well be a different story. I have seen SLT lie to myself or others as easy as breathing more times than I care to remember. I guess they don't expect to be challenged and think whatever they say will just be accepted.

I have found that there are individuals you can trust but not organisations or parts there of.
Also I have found you can trust a person with your safety but not your lunch.

The current SLT I'm under atm do nothing but lie to all the staff and use ppl but turn on them when they are no longer any use.
