All done by hand on sheets of paper stuck to a large piece of hardboard in the first (9 years ago and then put onto a spread sheet) which is updated as needed. I include everything in the room. I also have the date last decorated and paint colours

wow is that at the request of anyone? or simply because you thought it would be a useful tool to have? I only ask as I can imagine that would be quite time consuming to start from scratch but nonetheless I can see the benefits

The I.T. and MRO departments do the computers, TV's and all the electrical equipment. I don't bother with tables and chairs or any other furniture, who cares?

I'm currently updating my furniture inventory, I use Word and itemised columns one sheet per room, its taking ages in between other jobs.

All electrical equipment is logged on the PAT test inventory. Plus they update it every year for me. [Like.png]
