It's a bit parky out in't it
The weather girl called it "The Beast From The East" (thought we had that 3 years ago). Take care out there folks, it is very icy.

Very light whispy snow here ground cold but dry no need for grit here in Cheshire
i'm going to need a bigger bucket!

It was supposed to snow here all weekend according to the Met Office but nothing until this morning and it looks like there won't be a lot. A balmy -1C though.

Just whispy snow here. Not a lot as yet. The wind is biting though. Wrapped up warm if I need to go outside.

Didn't have as much as expected (or in other parts of Essex) but enough to slow me down this morning. Have just finished clearing a walkway around the school, and gritted.
The thing that will cause more issues here is that underneath all the snow is ice, so as the day goes on it will just get worse, especially as the highs today are about -1, but with the winds it feels more like -5!!
We've sent a message out this morning warning parents that we may close early if the conditions get worse. I have a Kuga and coming down onto the road where the school is, depending on which way you come into the road, you come off a slight hill. I ended up sideways at the bottom and that's with all the traction control and taking it slowly!!
