Re: Site manager role
Hi, Cleaning only when cleaners are ill. We're not fortunate enough to have a bank of cleaning staff, so I step in and clean their area if they are off.

Re: Site manager role
Hello,
I am happy to clean if I am needed when a cleaner is off ill.
But this is not in my job role.
We are lucky enough to have a group of cleaning staff that do a fantastic job so I can get on with other things.

hello, I am also happy to cover for the cleaners if they're off sick. But generally I do everything a Building services manager is expected to do, including opening and closing, plumbing, painting, carpentry etc. also all the statutory checks and logs etc etc

I know of 2.
One you couldn't fault.
The other was a waste of time & got the job because of who she knew(friend of head)
