Not sure I get your drift, but my schools heating is controlled by time clocks, as for really cold weather we have automated frost stats that will operate if the internal temperature falls below 7, good luck as you go past, [Neutral.png]

Our heating is timed 6am -10am and 4.30pm - 6.00pm
We have 4 boiler rooms to control.

1 boiler room is controlled by switched on or off.

I do wish people would use punctuation when posting messages. It makes things a lot easier to read!

Same here, adjust settings if need be but computer in boiler house does it all with a little input from me on direction of the HT

I am having 4x new twin boilers put in my 2x boiler rooms starting in the next holidays, going from oil to gas. Having temp boilers dropped in and the car park dug up for the gas line. Nice time of year for it! We have a pressure/leak issue too and have to bleed every radiator every morning.
We also need pipe work and all radiators changed over. This is for our two main buildings. Our Sports Hall boiler is condemned as is our canteen which was just replaced. Sports Hall needs water tank for showers pull out due to leaking too. Who wants to work with me??!!
Our control panels are in the boiler rooms on timers, but we flick between Summer, Auto or Continuously, which is fine, but I find myself playing with the pressure tank switch more then anything. All heating should be automatic timers and frost setting, not on a manual setup or you run into trouble when ice comes around..
My work task list never ends...
