Best external barrier mats

As we will need to spread out the pupils during the poorer weather, we are likely to use our fields more than usual. What have others found is a good external barrier mat system, we have them inside but still need to reduce the mud etc coming in. Double door size.
Thanks as always -Big grin.png-

You need to look at multiple systems.

There are some that have scrubbing bristles as a pre-clean as they walk along then an indoor mat for a final clean.

Probably the plastic mesh type would be best for mud and grass. I think you can buy rolls of it. The mud falls through the holes and you don't have to keep cleaning the mats. You can then lift it up, hose the ground off and roll it back down.

Or you can buy individual mats

Like this for outside. Work well as a wlakway to clean without them even realising.
