Estates Caretaker vacancy at Three Rivers Academy, Walton-On-Thames, KT12 5EJ

We have an exciting opportunity to for a Caretaker to join our Estates team at Three Rivers Academy, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey, KT12 5EJ.

Salary: £20,322 - £22,479pa FTE
Employment type: Permanent
Department: Facilities and Premises
Hours per week: 36 hours per week/52 weeks per year
Advert closing date: Thursday 18 February 2021
To start: as soon as possible

Working pattern: working hours, alternating on a weekly basis; Week 1, 6:45am to 2:45pm (with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break), Week 2: 9:30am to 5:30pm (with a 48 minute unpaid lunch break)

Candidates should be experienced in site maintenance and building services with basic carpentry, painting and decorating skills.

Applications are particularly welcomed from aspiring and experienced individuals with a skill set which may include; site maintenance and building services with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or painting and decorating.

You will need to be a self-starter and able to demonstrate a practical and confident approach, as the role involves some lone working.

A current driving licence is essential for this role.
