Re: Do you live on-site or have a tied house?

I just retired in October 2020 after 21 years with a nice 3 bed detached house in london, I paid £140 per month for all of those 21 years, the new head has decided not to have a full time site manager and is preparing the house to be rented out, probably makes good business sense as she can probably get £1500 + per month in rent to cover however she decides to cover the school's maintenance and repairs etc. I had to move away but found a nice place in Norwich city centre which I love.

I used to read about many retirees saying how good retirement is, I always sort of thought I guess they can't say much else after retiring but I can now concur it's absolutely brill -Like.png- even with the covid restrictions and will get even better when we get back to normal -Thumb_up- -Thumb_up-
