Mine is....
Christmas 1914-18 by Mike Harding. Never played on the radio. Ex squaddies may know it as it is a forces favourite (or was). If you have never heard it I recommend you Google it before too much longer.

Fairytale of New York for me - LOVE that song!

I've just found and listened to Christmas 1914 by Mike Harding - what a cracking song!

Driving Home for Christmas - Chris Rea

Can't stand Last Christmas (George Michael) or All I want for Christmas is You (Mariah Carey) - two awful songs.

I love Fairytale of NY too, always gets me singing. But as ex seviceman and having spent time away from home I'll Be Home For Christmas always gets me. Here's a link if you don't know it.

My wife asked him to pick up a loaf of bread and, if they had eggs, to get a dozen. I came home with a dozen loaves of bread.

If brains were dynamite, some people would not have enough to blow their nose.

I haven’t got a single favourite as I just can’t choose between Driving Home for Christmas and Fairy tale of New York.

Has to be Elmo & Patsy singing "Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer". A 1979 classic.
