I'm with a regional power company for both electric and gas but my current contract expires at the end of June. They have already told me that my charges will increase and the best offer that they can come up with is an increase of an extra £23 a month on the direct debits. But really it's £13 extra as they for some reason have decided the month before the change, they will drop my monthly payments by £10. Go figure!

So, my question is this, has anyone heard of Bulb as a power supplier? They seem to be getting good reviews on sites like uSwitch and Money Supermarket (even with that dreadful tv advert). If so, how good is their customer service? Any one had experience of them please?

Yes. I am with Bulb. They have recently given three months notice of a price increase due to the rise in wholesale energy prices. Wherever you go for your energy, prices are going up. But my impression of Bulb is that they provide, at least, a half way decent customer service. They reply to emails & do not seem to rely on offshore call centres for their communications. I have been with them since late last year. Up to now my impression is favourable.

Cheers Drone, looks like they may be getting another customer soon.

I use these guys, and find it really good.
