Rock - can mean something is being shaken or unsteady or can be something that is immovable, e.g. solid as a rock.

END- stop something, end of a road
Orange- colour and fruit
Tight- good with money, difficult to undo
Tan- colour and work on leather
Apple- a fruit and a phone
Bob- a name and what a floating object does
Hit- a good record, punch someone
Electric- a car, and a feeling
Bogey- picked one and scored one in golf
Stop- end something, put something in a hole
Star- a terrestrial body, a famous person
Ball- round item, a party/dance
Mess- a place to eat, untidy
Don't know if any of those above count?

I hate the use of the word "sick" by the younger generation to describe something that is amazing when I still think of it in the frail or ailing sense.

A good try m8, but it has to be the same word with the opposite meanings. As in...twiglets wrote: ↑3rd Dec 2021 at 7:34am END- stop something, end of a road

Fast
Something can be stuck fast with superglue (meaning it is immovable)
or
A train can travel extremely fast (meaning it moves - movable).
