Lewis Hamilton and COVID19

Well, guess what, all that running around, slapping hands and jumping into a crowd of mechanics, he's only gone and caught Coronavirus! No, seriously, he apparently caught it whilst away from the track.

BUT what a chance for young George Russell this weekend. Released from Williams GP to drive LH's Number 44 car. I just wonder if he will be able to keep his qualifying record of NEVER being beaten by a teammate in Quali, and that's over 2 years!

Hopefully, he will also get the first of many world championship points this weekend, and possibly, next weekend as LH has to self-isolate for 14 days, or is it 10 for where he is?

Re: Lewis Hamilton and COVID19

So pleased George has got this opportunity to show what he is capable of, shame he hasn't yet managed to get a point for Williams they so dearly need it.
LH is 10 days under their protocol so should in theory be back for Abu dhabi.
This is an even bigger test for VB, he simply must measure up to George or the writing could be on the wall.

New circuit layout no one has driven yet as well just to spice things up. -xmas_grin-
