I use the one in Windows, if you have a problem you can try a scan with that?

I'd go for the Windows inbuilt AV. If you don't have any AV, then Microsoft Defender usually activates itself. It doesn't have a taskbar icon showing, but it might already be running in the background. Check by going to settings/Updates and Security/Windows Security and click on Open Windows Security.

Some of the free AV can be a bit of a devil to uninstall and some are rumoured to be using click data for marketing (which they verdantly deny - e.g Avast/AVG).
