Step 1,
Ask your union to give advice.
Step 2,
Ask in writing for a training course on trampoline erection [fever.png]. Also find a training course to complete and include the details.
Step 3,
Put in writing to your manager or the head that you feel you are neither confident nor competent to setup the trampolines without the relevant training.
Step 4,
Keep copies of all the emails or letters and then do exactly as you are directed to by your manager or head.

That should cover you for any eventuality without saying a point blank no.
