Login (or out!)

Is anyone else finding that when they reply to a post, you click preview or submit and the forum logs you out...then everything you typed has disappeared??

It's happened twice now [Angry.png]

Not experience this myself. Any body else?

Re: Login (or out!)

Moved topic to the feedback forum. Have you ticked the box to always remain logged in? I think if you take a while replying, the session might time out. I've increased the 'session' time on the forum to see if it helps you. Let us know how you get on.

Re: Login (or out!)

Yes I've had it time out when replying to a post recently, I always need to input my password though so it feels normal to me.

Re: Login (or out!)

Have had it a few times, possibly because replying from a work PC that I think goes through a firewall and doesn't use static IP thus spoofing me accessing site from new location... i guess..

Re: Login (or out!)

When trying to reduce the load on the server when we had our problems, I may have missed a zero off the session time. It was set to 360 seconds instead of 3600 seconds. See how it goes now...
