Try contacting you service or installer contractors they will be up to date on the legislation and possible risks associated with the type of gates you have fitted.

As mentioned above, our electric gates installer and service company provided a folder including an RA for our electric gates. At each service and safety check they add certificates to the folder. I no longer have access to the school so cannot help further, sorry.
