We use 'Every'. Can handle compliance checks and staff requests. You can upload images and documents as well. There is a cost involved though.

Re: Task management software
No such newfangled computermabob technology here.
When I started there was a book on the main office counter, and word of mouth. The work was done with very little reporting.
Now it's the same method of reporting of jobs but with me now using my own job sheets, and a spreadsheet with a RAG rating column to share with the premises committee every term.
Personally, I prefer my system as I can imagine the stuff that would get posted here if we had a reporting system. Without the immediate danger of me laughing my boots off at certain requests there would be no common sense filter at all, and the system would likely crash daily.
It's bad enough with the termly classroom checklists given to the staff.

There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in.

We use Google drive and sheets etc and this works well here. Saves paper and you can filter the rubbish jobs which the CO's are supposed to do.
The power of the hour maketh you stronger for longer.

We use Every as well, it is great most of the time as staff can log jobs, we can complete checks like H&S and Legionella flushes and upload files related to jobs. You do get times when it is temperamental but that happens to the best of us.
