Hello all, Anyone carried out or done one at interview?
Been a few years now since my last interview, so I feel a little rusty on this. Got one in just over a weeks time so if anyone fancies testing me...

Re: Priorities task
The last one I did was a list of jobs with descriptions to sort in order of priority.
Anything that can cause harm is top (Broken glass etc.)
Anything that will cause property damage 2nd (Large leak)
anything that could cause a classroom to be unfit for use is 3rd (Affecting the ability to teach)
Anything that may cause an inconvenience is 4th (Teachers may have to go a different way to get to the staffroom)
Anything else is last. ( I want a shelf putting up)
That should put you in the ballpark.
Do remember that some actions can be to mitigate risk ( For instance a leak in the toilets, you could shut off the water and lock the toilets before you deal with another emergency job then return back to fix the leak later)

Thanks as always. Matches my thinking, but then I get to overthinking...Vera wrote: ↑14th Mar 2024 at 3:23pm The last one I did was a list of jobs with descriptions to sort in order of priority.
