As part of Zen’s commitment to service improvement, we would like to inform you that our engineers will be performing essential maintenance on the 22nd May 21:00 for the following servers (, shcp01, shcp02, shcp03, shcp21, shcp22, shcp23, shcp24, ns3).

During this window the services will be unavailable and will resume back to normal at end of the maintenance time. The maintenance window will be from 21:00 until 23rd May 06:00

The old saying "If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it!" doesn't seem to apply in the IT world. They are always trying to improve it and end up breaking something else they forgot about.

I have a Sonos Arc Soundbar for the TV. They have just (last week) redesigned the App that controls it. Well, the consensus is the original version was better. Folk are saying they have released a Beta software before it was thoroughly testing and now people can't roll back and are stuck with a none functioning App.
