Have you noticed like me how many D Day coins are up for sale including other types of coins and memorabilia, a lot of people are jumping on the band wagon, i casually collect 50p and 2 Pound coins as a hobby one of many i have.

i know our post office postmaster very well and he is going to hold a few back for me when he gets them so not paying stupid money for them by all the con artists out there and the one's you have to subscribe to.

This annoys me. Only that I know when nothing in life is free.

Issued to commemorate the first coronation of the 21st century. Be a part of the occasion that will forever sit proudly in our history books with this official commemorative coin FREE as a gift to the nation.

No doubt, you'll be pestered for the rest of internity to buy coins from The London Mint Office.

"Official commemorative coin" indeed. This was an Official Caretakers Website forum post by CT [Big grin.png]

As for D-Day, even the Royal Mint get in on the act. https://www.royalmint.com/shop/limited- ... roof-coin/

It's somewhere EBJ, I put it somewhere safe, but can't remember where that was. Think I need to have a clear-out of some of my accumulated junk (sorry, the stuff that will come in handy one day not junk) [Big grin.png]

I've got several draws that are well overdue for a tidy up. I found my Queens Jubilee Crown in my underpants draw [hah.png]
