Updated the following on 4/7/2024

• Changed the text colour of highlighted text from red to blue to make it clearer to read on both light and dark themes.
• Reduced the time users have to make their first post to 12 hours (was 24 hours).
• Users can't register using outlook.com email addresses any more. 98% of automated spam attempts is coming from those addresses.
