Re: Compliance software

Very interested in this too.

Thanks for the input so far.

We will be making a jump to a new building in a couple of years and want to get set up properly.

I wondered if any of the software also have means for task scheduling and task lists? Anything from school events to in-house repairs, Cleaning schedules, a training calendar. Would be good to combine all this.

We currently use Todoist which we like, but it's not great for record keeping and doesn''t have the wrap around support specific to compliance.

Going to look into iamcompliant, Every etc but some anecdotal evidence would be good!

Cheers all
Caddy.

Re: Compliance software

We used Every since January 2020, we had TF Beacon before that. It's a good all round system and very easy to use.

Re: Compliance software

We have iAM Compliance at our school. I think it's amazing and this is coming from a novice. I've never used the software before nor am I well versed on all compliance inspections and tests. But after browsing around the easy to navigate self explanatory interface I can now say that I am very well informed. Currently we are not using it to full potential but I would recommend it.

Re: Compliance software

We use safety culture for-
fire alarm activation’s
emergency lights
Call point and sounder test
Fire door safety check
Pre use ladder inspections
Monthly meter reading
Timesheets
Monthly AED check list.

I made the forms myself which are saved online or downloadable to teams. There are also thousands of free templates to use

Re: Compliance software

Use Technology Forge - Techforge inspections and helpcalls.
Keeps up to date with daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly inspections and checks along with a place to log all the requests that come in.
Easy to use and great for finding documents- if they were added by the user at the time…

Re: Compliance software

Our trust of 40ish schools uses IAM Compliant

It's great to be honest. I was the guinea pig for the software before rolling out across the trust. HTs get a compliance overview weekly, as do you.

Once you have all your assets listed and updated it creates a rolling program that shows when things need doing. Very solid and user friendly.

We don't use it to its full potential, though I'd like to. I want to get buildings and rooms on there with what fixed assets each room has for easier fault reporting... one thing at a time at this site!

Re: Compliance software

We had to use our LEA’s online software to log most things. At first it was time consuming sitting at the computer, but once set up I found it useful for future planning and record keeping.
