Good luck for the next couple of days. I always like to find jobs outside when Ofsted are in to keep away from the teachers as they seem to get really stressed by it.

Got collard this afternoon, wrong place at wrong time…. Multiple questions around safeguarding…. I just said didn’t have a clue what he was on about, proper dodge it
Of course just followed the party line and gave all the correct answers, roll on day 2 !
