Velux Windows
My 2 oldest boys bedrooms are on the top floor of the house and have velux windows. Tomorrow rain is forecast and I just need to know, can I leave the roof window open if rain is predicted?

Re: Velux Windows
Depends if you can leave it with a rake so the rain can drain off, anway, the amount of rain thats forecast is pretty mild so prob wont even wet the carpet with a few drips.
Velux windows usually have a slight opening setting I think.

One would think so, I mean what is the point of an opening window that you cannot open?

Re: Velux Windows
Cheers, my lads did have them open quite wide. One of them came and knocked on my bedroom door at 3am, because rain was dripping on his pillow, so I adjusted it so the rain would fall on the roof, rather than on his pillow. Thankfully, we have spare pillows, so was able to change it and put the wet one in the airing cupboard to dry
