I was gobsmacked when I read this news story.

A caretaker caught the drama teacher vaginally and anally raping a 6-8yr old pupil in the hall. A cleaner took the girl to the toilets to clean her up. The School Secretary came out of her office and told the girl not to say anything to her mum cos it would upset her.

The caretaker punched the teacher breaking his glasses.

Thankfully, this monster lost his appeal. The judge said that there was “clear, indeed, stark evidence that the offences had occurred"

The judge should have sentenced that monster to life in front of the firing squad! [Angry.png]

Surely there is a crime here which has got missed. Surely, the correct action of the school secretary would be to ensure the 6 year old girl was checked out in hospital to make sure she wasn't injured and to notify the parents. Not send her home and tell her not to tell her mum (cover it up). The police should have been called. The poor girl has probably been scared physically and mentally for her entire life. And yet the secretary seems to have got off scot free.

Was the cleaner also trying to cover it up by cleaning up the young girl in the toilet? Why didn't any of them call the police?

I agree with you on this ,surly cleaning the poor girl up would clean any DNA of her ,seem to be 3 people involved in this for different crimes
Its better to have than not need, than need and not have

Words fail. I despair that there are such people in the world. Agree with the comments above. But I can assure Trout that this individual will have such a tough time in prison, that he will have wished for the firing squad option.

The head, Secetary and cleaning lady should also have been prosecuted for neglect of a child within their care, if not for actual tampering with the evidence.

I guess the caretaker (usual patsy in cases like this) didn't get done for assault!

Sounds like a big "we do not want the world to hear abut this so lets try and cover it up". disgusting state of affairs by all concerned, i am afraid if i found this going on the guy would need hospital treatment and i would take the punishment afterwards and resign from that school. [Angry.png]
