Assistant Caretaker

Hours of work: 24.5 Hours per week (job share will be considered)
Working pattern: Part-time Monday to Friday 06:15-09:00 and/or Monday to Friday 16:00-18:00
Hours can be condensed during school holidays

Salary from: £16,262 to £16,495 (Starting hourly rate: £8.55)
As the position is part-time, the above salary will be pro rata

Closing date: Tuesday 20 November 2018 at 09:00 am
Interview date: Friday 23 November 2018 (Proposed) To start as soon as possible

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated person to provide a caretaking service, duties to include: regular cleaning, opening and locking the building/gates as needed, ordering of stock and storing appropriately. Training will be provided to fulfil the role. A job share will be considered.

Our School:

Ditchling (St Margaret's) C.E. Primary and Nursery School is a village primary with 163 children on roll, aged 4 - 11 years, currently organised across 7 classes including the nursery. In December 2017 we were judged Good by OFSTED, with Outstanding for Personal development, behaviour and welfare. Starting date: As soon as possible
