Non-Residential Caretaker - Isleworth & Syon School (Expired)

NON-RESIDENTIAL CARETAKER

Scale 4 (Outer London): £20,677- £22,425 inclusive
36 hours a week – fortnightly split shift, Saturday mornings every other week

Occasional paid overtime and/or weekend working

Required as soon as possible

This post is an important appointment to ensure that our students can learn in an environment that is maintained to the highest possible standards. The school has been dedicating time and significant resources to improving the estate and premises and are looking to appoint someone to help maintain the high standards expected. You will work as part of a team, accountable to the Operations & Estates Manager

We are looking for:
• Relevant and successful experience
• An ability to build excellent working relationships
• A range of skills and qualifications appropriate to the post
• A Hard working, self-motivated, pro-active, organised and reliable individual
• Ability to liaise effectively with visitors and site contractors
• Experience and skills in repairs and DIY tasks and a good awareness of cleaning requirements
• Excellent communication skills, and at least a basic level of computing ability
