Site Assistant (Closing Date 25th March 2019)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Site Assistant to work alongside the Premises & Health and Safety Development Officer, playing a key role in ensuring that our buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest of standards.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable with a flexible attitude. The Site Assistant will be required to work on their own initiative and will be responsible for
● Planning and undertaking repairs and general maintenance to a high standard
● Ensuring Health & Safety issues are addressed in a timely manner
● Opening / closing the school on a rota basis
● Overseeing janitorial and cleaning duties as required
● Undertaking any other duties as commensurate with the grade in order to ensure the smooth running of the school
A three week rolling shift pattern will be implemented which includes working one day for two of every three weekends (either Sunday or Saturday) with the third weekend off.
