East Sussex Pothole reporting

I tried to report the numerous potholes on a road near me, but the East Sussex reporting site isn't working. It then said to ring them, I tried but my mobile refused to connect to the number as it was logged as a spam number. So, if you don't mind, I'll get it out of my system by posting it here...

Text I wanted to type:
The problem is caused by 100's of parents using Field Way to turn in the road, park and pick up/drop off there children from school on a daily basis. The surface has become very worn with numerous pot holes and general surface damage for a distance of approx 800 yards. You have patched the pot holes on several occasions in the past and the patches are also breaking up scattering fine grit over the road. The damage extends from the entrance to Heron Close to the top of Reedswood Road. Could this section of road be ear marked for re-surfacing?

And of course the Chancellor`s boast in a previous budget was that more money was being put into fixing pot holes in the roads than was being spent on schools. So I am mystified. [Gobsmacked.png]

Try this site CT, it's how I've often reported issues to my local council before I found out that I could Tweet about an issue and it would be rectified in a day or so. And it is a National reporting site.

Re: East Sussex Pothole reporting

Yay, noticed the potholes had white paint sprayed around them this morning and I got an email...

Funny, I thought my report had been submitted anonymously (or does that mean fixmystreet site?)... No problem.
