New Car

Well after 18 years my Alfa Romeo went to the Great Racetrack in the Sky [Cry.png] [Cry.png]

Now, several years ago was the first time I say one of these, and I thought 'Hmmm I like that.' To be honest, I still think they look great, so I got one.

It's only a 1.2, 3 cylinder, but boy it does shift, and would give my old Alfa a run for it's money, without the joys of watching the petrol indicator drop like a stone. Also I don't need a big car, I live on site so just walk to work.

It comes with all the bells, whistles and gadgets, so very pleased with it. Best of all £20.00 a year tax, which is a huge drop.

It's colour is Shark Grey. Love that, non of this Sunset Indigo nonsense.

Come the revolution, I won't be able to afford the petrol to get there.

Re: New Car

Well, I`m on my last car, its (almost) 9 years old now) can`t see me having another as, at my age, one never knows how much time is left, this car may last longer than I will. (but hope not) [Neutral.png]

Re: New Car

Looks nice Jay, good on you.

I've still got my ol'Renault Clio, a 2006 model and looks almost as good as nearly new still. Mainly sits on the drive as I've hardly driven it for the last four years now, the MOT costs more than the fuel for a year does nowadays.

Smart little motor and does all I need, can shift as well when I need it to.
