The future of Internet Explorer (“IE”) on Windows 10 is in Microsoft Edge. D-Day is June 15, 2022. If it hasn't been removed already, IE will be disabled through a future Windows 10 cumulative update and will redirect to Microsoft Edge if a user tries to access it.

The only real issue is for organisations who have developed programs/apps that were designed to only work with IE.
