Hand op update
So visited the hospital which was like the old fashioned cottage hospitals we used to have, no one in the wating room except me the receptionist and a very ni e trainee nurse and i was in the ops room within 15 minutes and lying on a table having the op done.
All done and dusted within 60 minutes and never felt much pain and i watched the whole op, i am not squeemish to watching and find it very interesting and my hand was worst than they first thought so had 15 stitches all told, they cut from half way up a finger all the way down just pass the middle of my palm.
The only real discomfort i had was the torniquet at the top of my arm which was very tight, could not have gone better and sat me down with a cup of tea for 20 minutes and then the nurse walked me to the car park to wher my brother had been waiting, NHS at it's best and treated like a private paying patient and tday have booked dates for a dressing change and stiches removal date.

Nice One Jack. Glad it all went smoothly. Just remember to let it heal properly and dont try doing what you should not do! Frustrating I know, but time will pass quickly enough. Oh and nice typing on the post considering you are one handed!
See you all in a couple of weeks people. I am off eating Cornish Pasties and Cream Teas, and drinking Rattler!

Well done, when I had my eyes done I was trying to `see` what he was doing but all I could see were bubbles.
