It sounds to me that they are trying to scare or intimidate you out.
Ask (in writing) for the minutes of the meeting you attended they may say one thing but will probably not put it in writing. which means it has no legal basis.
They cannot possibly say you will be out by XXX when you have not even been medically treated yet.
It is their problem if they need to get someone in to cover your work and that person can be employed without accommodation.

ACAS although they may not help you as an employee.
In any case please talk to someone about your feelings as you clearly need some help with this.
