I'm posting this as I am amazed at how much information Google Maps sends 'home' in just 1 minute of viewing street view. What information it gains from all your browsing maps I really don't know.
But thanks to uBlock Origin which prevents such information being sent, I can see. This image shows where the information is being sent.
I've only captured the top right of the browser so you can see the rate at which uBlock Origin blocks in just over 1 minute.

Can you imagine globally how many millions of people are using Google Maps and how much information is being sent to their servers.
Just getting it off my chest really. But if it wasn't for little apps like uBlock Origin we'd never know what's going on behind our backs.
