Holiday when to take it?

I suppose I am lucky, The school trying to save money by putting me on a term time only plus 4 weeks, 1 week of which is to cover staff training days. and three weeks in the summer break. Yes, it causes problems with big contractors' jobs. But as they say, It's up to me as a site manager to manage the jobs.
HT is always in the last 2 weeks before we all come back so really the school only closed 1 week during the break.

I see why teachers love their jobs every 6 weeks they get at least a week off, how many jobs do that
