Just had virgin fibre installed and the Sky Q box keeps losing WIFI connection with VM hub
It links up then about 5 mins later just drops out, The box still sees hub but does not stay connected
Googled it seems to be an issue has anyone had this and solved it?
or will I just have to hard wire back to hub

Re: Sky Q problems with Virgin
For TV streaming it's best to wire where possible.
We have Virgin and it's sometimes related to the router updating. usually switch off wait ten seconds, then back on again..

Re: Sky Q problems with Virgin
In my experience of having Sky Q for the past 6 years, it's probably the Sky Q box being a temperamental little....
We weren't in a virgin area so had little choice, now moving and going for the full virgin package. Sky Q is OK, when it works and isn't freezing on itself.
