A nice cheery opening, getting progressively heavier before ending with some crushing metal fury. Nice!
Like DR, I don't know any of them.

A couple of good shouts in Human League (Listened to Dare recently and its a really good album) and Pretenders (Chrissie Hynde's voice was as good as ever at lasts year's Glasto.)

Here's my line up:

OP. Paul Weller
2. Royal Blood
3. Faith No More
4. Depeche Mode
5. Foo Fighters.
SA. The Cure
HA. Oasis (Just for the potential spectacle of the brothers kicking off during Champagne Supernova)

Liking that lineup Dexter.. [Like.png]

I added Oasis purely for the music, I can't stand the pair of them. [Loud.png]

Gazza wrote: 14th Mar 2024 at 9:29am Well there you have it... the final nail in the coffin for british music.

Glastonbury have released the lineup for this years festival and to say it is dire would be an understatement...

Headline acts are Dua Lipa, Coldplay and Sza..... [Scared.png]

now im a product of the 90's, so i remember the days of Rock bands and legends headlining this famous festival, but even before my time it was headlined by legends of yesteryear..... now its become a commercialised concoction of pop and nobodies....

so here it is......i challenge you to put on a show. Give me your line ups for a one day festival. Who would you like to see

RULES- pick your dream team lineup- bands selected are based on thier prime, not what there doing now. Gig probably needs a feel and a flow but up to you... also wouldnt make sense to have big acts on the midcard just to see your favs as headliners

Opening act
Slot 2
Slot 3
Slot 4
Slot 5
support headline act
HEADLINE ACT........

Im going for a british Rock/ 90's Vibe

Opening act............................. The Prodigy
Slot 2..................................... Kasabian
Slot 3 .................................. Arctic Monkeys
Slot 4....................................The Charlatans
Slot 5 ...................................Stone Roses
support headline act..................Oasis
HEADLINE ACT..........................Queen
Headline act [Thumb_up.png] Freddie would blow everyone else off the stage [Big grin.png]
