One of the questions I got asked is what do you think the main challenges are for a site supervisor.
Another was that if I saw a pupil outside the school gates crying and upset whilst I was locking up what would I do.
I think the most important thing is just to be yourself like others have said. It's a role where you need to be adaptable, one minute you can be unblocking a toilet and the next you could be putting up some shelves.
