It was only a vax but it did what we needed on the classroom mats etc. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a general carpet cleaner that might be a decent replacement and a slight upgrade too.
I bought a rug doctor pro after a tonne of reccomendations on here and oh my is it good..... Tbh you could go over our carpets twenty times and the water being extracted would still be brown but you can visibly see the dirt being extracted by the machine
Opinions are like Derry-airs, everyone has one, but some stink and are full of the brown stuff
We had a smaller upright rug Doctor in my old school.
We have/had a bigger rug doctor at my new school, although apparently it keeps tripping out according to the other caretaker. Shall have to get round to looking at that....
we have a Rug Doctor too (blue one) along with the upholstery kit that plugs in the back. it uses a lot of water/cleaning fluid but works well. (it's also rather noisy though)
Knights of Skirbeck Medieval re-enactment, not so much a hobby as a way of life!
I'm so old fashioned, outside work I'm either in the 15th or 19th centuries! (Medieval or steampunk, which is best?)
